Reflections
You are not your reflection. You are the reflection of God.
You have the free will to live in a way that best reflects Him.
When the wind blows and the current shifts, your reflection may move —
but you must stay grounded in the belief of who you truly are:
a reflection of a power so vast, we won’t grasp its fullness until we die.
A distorted reflection does not change the value of what it reflects.
Looking at the sun’s reflection on a rippling lake doesn’t change the sun’s worth,
nor does it alter what the sun is or what it provides.
If you don’t know what the sun is, you will believe whatever others tell you it is.
So focus on what provides the reflection — not the current.
And I dare say: belief may be more important than faith.
Because if your belief is distorted, your faith will follow that distortion.
Ask yourself today:
What do my actions reflect about my belief?
